Terms and Conditions:
1 Scope: This Warranty covers defects arising solely from faulty installation performed by Standard Bath. It does not cover defects caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or acts of nature.
2 Remedies: If a defect covered by this Warranty is discovered, Standard Bath will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or re-perform the installation free of charge to the Customer.
3 Limitations: The Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Any modifications or repairs performed by parties other than Standard Bath will void this Warranty.
4 Claim Process: To make a claim under this Warranty, the Customer must notify Standard Bath promptly upon discovering the defect. Proof of purchase and a description of the issue must be provided.
5 Transferability: This Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the shower installation was performed, provided that Standard Bath is notified in writing within 30 days of the property transfer.
Exclusions:
• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Alterations or modifications made without Standard Bath prior approval.
• Acts of nature or external causes beyond Standard Bath control.
